First marketing hire, from startup through acquisition.
I joined Intelligent Wellhead Systems in 2022 as its first marketing hire. The CEO brought me on to build the brand as the company prepared for acquisition, and Pason acquired IWS in 2024. Today I’m Corporate Marketing Manager for Pason and IWS.
I co-founded our customer advisory board and still run it: eight executives from operators and service companies. It has shaped new products, a published data standard and how we define customer value. I organize every session from Houston and run it on site, including sessions in Colorado and Midland.

World Oil Awards finalist, 2022 (Best Completion Technology), for inVision. I wrote and submitted the entry.
